"I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Cody Carpenter and his team, including AJ and Terry. Despite multiple attempts to resolve issues with my account, they failed to address my concerns. In November, I cancelled my 12-month policy after paying for six months upfront. However, Cody Carpenter's team is now harassing me, claiming I still owe them money. This is unacceptable, especially considering I paid for the initial six months as agreed. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism from Cody Carpenter's team is alarming. As a customer, I expect timely resolutions to issues and accurate billing. Instead, I've experienced frustration, stress, and harassment. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Cody Carpenter's team. Their inability to manage accounts, communicate effectively, and provide satisfactory customer service is a significant concern."
