"This office has appeared to scam my wife and I out of $754. My wife Shana Ferrell has been going back and forth with this office for three weeks trying to get our money back and they have been telling her the check has been mailed out and if you don’t receive it by this date call us back multiple times. Then all of a sudden today when the lady Rokell couldn’t give us any answers on why we been waiting since before Christmas for our refund we ask to speak with the manager multiple times and she then told us we couldn’t speak to him because we are no longer customer and if we want our money back to file a dispute with our bank!"
